DELIVERY AND SHIPING POLICY

1- AARST INDIA PVT.LTD.(Roshan Pharma Group) arranges for the shipment of your product on the confirmation of the payment

2- AARST INDIA PVT.LTD.(Roshan Pharma Group) strives to ensure customers from various parts of the country receive their shipment on time. AARST INDIA PVT.LTD.(Roshan Pharma Group) will provide customers with an approximate date for the delivery and will ensure the shipment is sent out on time. In case of delays in shipment, the customer can always contact Simply Herbal. Delays could be caused due to factors such as import of the products and availability.

3- All products undergo brand code verification, at times this could cause a delay in delivery, and delays could also be caused due to a discrepancy in the order.

4- All products are shipped and dispatched within 2-3 working days. A normal, uninterrupted delivery takes about 7 to 15 days.

5- AARST INDIA PVT.LTD.(Roshan Pharma Group) strives to ensure all orders are sent out on time and all customers get their products within the speculated time duration.

6- To receive your order on time, please ensure you provide us with complete billing details along with the correct pin code and telephone number.

7- It is required for a person to be present to collect the order and sign the shipment receipt at the time of delivery.

8- A customer might have to bear additional shipping charges if not present at the first attempt of delivery.

9- It is advised to inform security/reception/neighbors about the expected delivery in order to avoid the extra shipping fee.

10- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be redirected to a new address. In case this needs to be done, one might have to cancel the order and place a new one thus bearing shipping and handling charges for the first order.

NOTE:-

A– Once the package has been shipped to customers, it cannot be rerouted to another address. For any such change of address it would need to come back to the warehouse for the purpose of shipment to a new destination after address verification. The customer will be charged extra for the shipping to the new address.

B– AARST INDIA PVT.LTD.(Roshan Pharma Group) does not have a pickup service, orders can only be placed ONLINE.

C– Every computer/laptop/tablet/smartphone has a different screen resolution. Although AARST INDIA PVT.LTD.(Roshan Pharma Group) aims at providing accurate images, the final product might differ in looks. We have attempted to supply the product as accurate as possible and slight change of design, color or model will not affect the performance, efficiency or accuracy of the product in any manner.”

REFUND POLICY

“At AARST INDIA PVT.LTD.(Roshan Pharma Group), we do our best to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our products. And we are happy to issue a full refund based on the conditions listed below:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, sealed and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Full Refund is Possible If:”

1- You received a defective item;
2- The ordered item(s) is lost or damaged;
3- The ordered item(s) is past its expiry date.”

Damaged or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is either defective or damaged or also if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

How to Request a Refund:

If you want to request a refund, simply email us your order details at care@nawabsahab.in.in or call us at +91 8958662922 including why you’re requesting a refund. We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our quality of service.

We do our best to ensure that the products you order are delivered according to your specifications. However, should you receive an incomplete order, damaged or incorrect product(s), please notify AARST INDIA PVT.LTD.(Roshan Pharma Group) Customer Support immediately or within 24 hoYurs of receiving the products, to ensure prompt resolution. Please note that AARST INDIA PVT.LTD.(Roshan Pharma Group) will not accept liability for such delivery issues if you fail to notify us within 24 hours of receipt.

Cancellation

You can choose to cancel a placed order at any time. If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order

Please note: Shipping charges will be deducted for shipped orders that are cancelled.
